Mathonauts does not collect, transmit, share or sell any personal information.
It has no servers. Nothing you or your child does in the app leaves the device.
- No accounts. There is no sign-up, email address or password.
- On the device only. Explorer names, PINs, progress, outfits and settings are saved in the app's own storage on your device. PINs are stored only as a salted one-way fingerprint (SHA-256), never as the digits themselves.
- No network use. The app makes no internet connections. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.
- No purchases. There are no in-app purchases. Gems are earned by learning and cannot be bought.
- Deleting data. A grown-up can remove any explorer in the PIN-protected Parent Zone. Deleting the app deletes all of its data.
- Children. The app is made for children and collects nothing from them, in line with COPPA and GDPR-K. Because no data is collected, there is nothing to request, correct or export.
